You will work closely with compassionate Providers to deliver access to on-demand healthcare, and will use your natural people skills and attention to detail to create an exceptional experience for patients.

• Following nursing protocols and ExperCARE Experience Touchpoints with every patient, every time while balancing accuracy with timely delivery of our services.

• Accurately inputting patient information into our EMR system

• Using empathy to fully understand patient needs by asking questions and consistently providing complete and accurate solutions on the first visit

• Must be open and flexible with work availability, sometimes including early evenings and weekends
