We are searching for an Executive Assistant who will support our senior leadership team by staying 5 steps ahead and clearing the path for them to make their greatest contributions to the team.

Some examples of this role include:

• Meeting management including preparing agendas, preparing presentations, taking notes, distributing action items, and scheduling.
• Attend and support in-person functions: Quarterly Strategic Retreats and Social Retreats.
• Communicating on the Leadership Team’s behalf both internally and externally.
• Complex calendar management and scheduling.
• Varying personal and professional administrative tasks including, but not limited to, booking appointments, research projects, coordinating travel, and ordering gifts/flowers, etc.
• Light project management and accounts payable duties.
• Weekly expense reporting
