Stephen Hutchinson
Director of Finance
Stephen Hutchinson serves as Director of Finance for ExperCARE Health, where he leads the company’s financial planning and analysis, board and lender reporting, and financial modeling across the growing platform. As a key partner to executive leadership, Stephen builds the financial infrastructure that supports ExperCARE’s disciplined growth, from acquisition diligence and M&A to the reporting cadence that keeps operators, investors, and lenders aligned.
Stephen began his career at Raymond James as an investment banking analyst, advising clients on M&A transactions and developing the analytical rigor and modeling expertise that continue to define his work. He brought that foundation to ExperCARE, joining as a financial analyst and advancing to Senior Financial Analyst and then Director of Finance as he built out the company’s finance function largely from the ground up. Today he takes pride in translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that empowers ExperCARE’s leaders to make confident strategic decisions and, ultimately, to deliver exceptional patient care.
Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a minor in Data Science, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Outside of work, Stephen lives in Nashville with his wife, Allie. He can usually be found in the gym, out on a hiking trail, or enjoying live country music around town.
