Redefining Urgent & Primary Care for a Better Healthcare Experience
ExperCARE opened its doors in 2009 in Richmond Hill, Georgia, with a simple belief: people should have access to excellent medical care when and where they need it, without having to choose between waiting days for an appointment and spending hours in an emergency room.
Founder Catherine C. Grant, PA-C, designed the first location around that belief. As both a clinician and an entrepreneur, she wanted to create more than a traditional medical practice. She envisioned a place where every patient felt welcome, cared for, and understood.
That idea shaped everything that followed. ExperCARE paired the efficiency and convenience of urgent care with a culture of service and hospitality that builds trust with every visit. The result is care that is high quality, easy to reach, and simple to navigate.
During her 16 years as CEO, Catherine led ExperCARE’s growth from a single location into a multi-state organization serving communities across the Southeast, expanding beyond urgent care and occupational medicine to include on-demand primary care and family medicine. Through that growth, the company continued to invest in what patients notice most: its people, its clinical standards, and the experience of every visit.
Catherine continues to serve on ExperCARE’s Board of Directors, helping guide the strategy behind the mission she started.
A lot has changed since that first location in Richmond Hill. The founding belief hasn’t. Patients deserve care that is exceptional, accessible, and built around their lives, and that belief still guides ExperCARE every day.
