Lori Pitt brings over two decades of leadership experience in the staffing industry to her role as Vice President of Human Resources at ExperCARE. A seasoned executive, she excels at driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and fostering high-performing teams. Lori is known for creating scalable, results-driven solutions and optimizing organizational performance while nurturing a positive workplace culture.
Before joining ExperCARE, Lori was Regional Vice President of Growth at Employbridge, where she led business development efforts across Georgia and Florida, delivering significant profit growth and operational improvements. She is skilled in aligning HR practices with corporate goals to support employee development, customer satisfaction, and organizational agility.
Lori’s experience spans senior roles in both HR and Operations. As VP of HR at Trace Staffing Solutions, she led HR strategy, compliance, and employee engagement. Previously, as VP of Training & Development, she developed leadership training programs to meet business objectives. Her expertise in sales, team management, recruitment, and workforce strategy makes her a dynamic and versatile leader.
At ExperCARE, Lori leverages her background to enhance HR strategy, drive growth, and support the company’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care. She is committed to continuous improvement and cultivating a culture of excellence.
Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband Gabe and their daughters, Anderson and Maryn. The family enjoys biking, boating, swimming, fishing, and creating lasting memories together.
