Jessica is skilled in building partnerships with universities, recruiting top talent, and creating a positive onboarding experience. She has a strong background in HR systems, employee relations, and compliance training.
A native of Savannah and a proud Georgia Southern University graduate, Jessica is passionate about serving others, fostering a positive work environment, and optimizing workflows. Outside of work, she is a dedicated mother of three and enjoys contributing to her community.
