I possess a strong expertise in operational leadership and strategic planning, thriving in the fast-paced healthcare environment.
At the forefront of operational management, I have been instrumental in expanding operations through acquisitions and strategic development. Recognized for my innovative approach, I have consistently optimized performance and enhanced customer satisfaction across various organizations. My proven track record showcases a strong ability to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and secure organizational success.
My leadership style is grounded in compassion and motivation. I excel in cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, leading diverse teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I take pride in balancing strategic vision, operational execution, and team development, ensuring that business objectives are met while nurturing an environment of integrity and collaboration in the evolving healthcare landscape.
With a history of leading operations for multi-state healthcare organizations, I have held full P&L responsibility for up to $400M in revenue and 5,000 employees, successfully driving growth and operational efficiency. My efforts have led to the successful turnaround of both private and public companies. Currently, I provide strategic guidance to C-Suite executives in the post-acute healthcare space and contribute to Home Care 100, the nation’s largest post-acute conference. Through this work, I have built strong networks with industry leaders, policymakers, and regulators.
My leadership experience also includes a distinguished 22-year military career as a retired Army Field Grade Officer, where I received advanced leadership training, commanded three units, and completed multiple combat tours. Among my many awards, I am most proud of The Bronze Star Medal, Combat Medic Badge, and Meritorious Unit Command Citation.
I am a husband, father, and grand-father. We enjoy our two dogs and our grandkids the most but also live a very active lifestyle outdoors. I am a graduate of the University of Florida and Kennesaw State University. My wife is a graduate of Florida State University. A house divided September through December!
