Throughout his career, Walt has held key executive roles including President and Executive Vice President at industry-leading organizations such as Upstream Rehabilitation and Excelsia Injury Care. He has overseen expansive operations spanning more than 1,200 locations, managed revenues exceeding $600 million, and successfully integrated over 50 acquisitions, creating cohesive, high-performing systems from complex, fast-evolving environments.
A hallmark of Walt’s leadership is his passion for building people-first cultures where both teams and patients thrive. He is widely recognized for developing and launching leadership programs that have empowered hundreds of healthcare professionals to grow into impactful leaders, leaving lasting legacies within their organizations. Outside of his professional achievements, Walt is a devoted family man, celebrating 27 years of marriage to his wife, Tamatha, and proud father to two sons: one recently married and another pursuing a skilled trade as an electrician.
