Lyndsey Wheat joined ExperCARE in May 2024 as the Director of Engagement, bringing a wealth of experience in healthcare recruiting, grassroots marketing, and community connections. Drawing on her extensive experience, Lyndsey skillfully taps into her network and employs innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent and enhance engagement at ExperCARE. Outside of work, she loves cheering on her Dawgs, beach days, boating adventures, traveling to exciting destinations, and spending quality time with her lively pup, Lola.
