Founder & Board Director
Catherine Grant is an accomplished healthcare leader, innovator, and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of clinical care, business operations, and community impact. As a Founder of ExperCARE Health, Catherine built the company from a single clinic to a multi-state, award-winning healthcare platform known for its operational excellence, patient-centric culture, and industry-leading clinical outcomes.
Catherine is a licensed Physician Assistant and Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (DFAAPA). She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina, and a BS in Physician Assistant Studies from South University’s PA Program. Throughout her career, Catherine has been driven by a deep commitment to transforming healthcare, bridging gaps in access, and empowering patients to take charge of their health.
As a Board Director, Catherine continues to guide ExperCARE’s strategic direction, leveraging her experience in clinical operations, leadership development, and innovative healthcare delivery. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of healthcare leaders, building high-performing teams, and shaping the future of the on-demand healthcare industry.
Outside of healthcare, Catherine is an active community leader, public speaker, and advocate for nonprofit causes. She thrives on giving back, serving on nonprofit boards to include Savannah Area Chamber, United Way of the Coastal Empire & the Downtown Development Authority in Richmond Hill, GA, and has led record-breaking fundraising efforts for causes including Alzheimer’s, childhood cancer, and the United Way. Catherine is also a mother, adventurer, and lifelong learner who is guided by her core values of integrity, action-bias, faith, and a relentless drive to leave things better than she found them.
