Stacy began her career as a registered nurse, providing direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. She quickly demonstrated her leadership skills and was promoted to management positions, where she honed her skills in operations management, strategic planning, and team development.
Stacy has a passion for creating a positive work environment and a strong company culture that values serving others. She has developed training processes, staffing metrics, inventory controls, and employee incentive programs that have contributed to the success of ExperCARE Health. Under her leadership, the organization has continued to grow as the leader in providing urgent care and occupational health services in the region.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas and has served as COO of a multispecialty healthcare company with 20 locations spanning four states. One of highlights of Stacy career was developing an interventional pain procedure center in Texas for spine care and pain management that was replicated across the state. Stacy experience and leadership skill lead her to later serve as a Director of Nursing and eventually COO.
Stacy’s dedication to excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service has earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues, employees, and patients alike. She is a dynamic leader with a strong track record of success in healthcare operations, and her passion for creating a positive work environment and strong company culture sets her apart in the industry.
Stacy is married and they have four grown children. The true joy in her life is spending time with them. When not spending time with her children she enjoys traveling and medical missions. She aspires to serve in medical communities around the world lacking medical resources and connecting health care workers.
