Tricia A. Howard, MHS, PA-C, DFAAPA

Tricia has more than 20 years of experience as a certified PA after earning a Master’s degree in Health Science from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).  She has won numerous academic awards, including the MUSC Dean’s Award, and Distinguished Fellow recognition from the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

She is a local and national speaker, having lectured at the National Kidney Foundation, American Academy of Physician Assistants, Renal Physician’s Association, the Physician Assistant Education Association Forum, and the Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants. Tricia is also an accomplished writer, having authored articles in several journals including Clinician Reviews, The Clinical Advisor, PA Professional, and Journal of American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Personal Summary:

Tricia’s husband, Chat, is a native Savannahian and they have two children, Andrew and Caroline.  Tricia has a heart for people and a gift for teaching.  Her genuine empathy coupled with her extensive knowledge and experience make her a blessing to those she serves.
