Leigh Ann is the founder and President of Crescendo, a premier consultancy specializing in strategic scaling, accelerated growth, and transformative change. A recognized leader in the staffing industry and honored among the Staffing 100, she has been a featured speaker at national industry events. Through her work with Global Leadership Partners, Leigh Ann has delivered leadership training across four continents. In addition, she serves on multiple for-profit and non-profit boards.
With two decades of operational leadership roles, Leigh Ann has driven substantial revenue growth, led business transformations, and positioned organizations for long-term success. She has spearheaded strategic overhauls, expanded market presence, and delivered record-breaking performance.
Leigh Ann holds a BA in International Studies: Global Economics and International Business from Cedarville University and an MBA from Xavier University. A dedicated wife and mother of four, she loves reading, cooking, music, travel, and serving in her local church.
