Kim Esquivel
VP of RCM
Kimberley Esquivel is the Vice President of Revenue Cycle for ExperCARE, bringing over 28 years of expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management. With two decades of leadership experience, she has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the healthcare industry, allowing her to optimize revenue, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiencies.
Kimberley is a hands-on leader who prioritizes employee advocacy and aims for results-driven outcomes. Her expertise in developing a new RCM team, building and leading high-performing revenue cycle teams is complemented by her ability to create processes, metrics, and standards that foster continuous improvement.
Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Business from Husson College and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from St. Leo University. In addition, she holds certifications from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Evaluation and Management Coder Auditor (CEMCA).
Beyond her professional roles, Kimberley had taken her education, knowledge and experience and was a certified adult education instructor, helping individuals acquire new skills and pursue career opportunities in the healthcare field.
Outside of work, Kimberley enjoys spending time with her husband, grown child, and granddaughter. The family is active and enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, biking, and jet skiing.
