A Year of Transformation: Highlights from 2024

Wow — what a year!

2024 was a year of growth and transformation for ExperCARE.

Something exciting happened: we launched a revolutionary new approach to healthcare that aims to make high-quality care more affordable and accessible to everyone.

But that’s not all. We expanded our locations. We also lifted our communities in challenging times. 2024 is a year we’ll never forget.

Let’s take a look at the highlights.

Launching a New Model for Healthcare

In August, ExperCARE debuted an innovative new healthcare model at our clinic in Richmond Hill, Georgia.

Our healthcare model offers on-demand primary care and urgent care services under one roof, with the goal of breaking down barriers that separate diagnostic and preventative services.

The ribbon-cutting was attended by U.S. Representative Buddy Carter, Richmond Hill Mayor Russ Carpenter, and so many more members of the community.

By the end of the year, our healthcare model at Richmond Hill expanded to all of our Georgia locations!

Weathering the Storm

Every year brings blessings and challenges, and 2024 was no different.

In August, the Richmond Hill community suffered damage and flooding from Hurricane Debby. Our team got together to provide water, popsicles, biscuits, and kayaks, while coordinating supply deliveries in the aftermath of the storm. 

Our communities were also impacted by Hurricane Helene, which caused widespread damage and flooding. ExperCARE offered extended hours to provide assistance to those affected by the hurricane.

Sweet Home Alabama!

2024 saw the opening of several new ExperCARE clinics in Alabama, and we now serve the communities of Northport, Tuscaloosa, Demopolis, Fayette, Northriver, and Jasper.

We’re so excited to expand our innovative healthcare model to new locations and look forward to playing such a crucial role in the health of these communities in 2025 and beyond.

But Alabama was not the only place we expanded! In April, we opened our 7th Georgia clinic in Rincon.

Leading the Way

We’re so excited to have new healthcare leaders joining the ExperCARE team.

In August, we welcomed Tricia Howard, PA-C, MHS, DFAAPA, as our new Vice President of Advanced Practice Services. Howard brings 27 years of experience as a Physician Associate with a dynamic background in healthcare education and administration.

In October, we welcomed Dr. Keith Seibert as our Director of Pediatrics and Preventative Health. Dr. Seibert has been serving the patients and families of Richmond Hill for over two decades and played an integral role in rolling out our new healthcare model.

With these industry leaders on our team, we look forward to expanding our reach in 2025.

These awards are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire staff, and we’re lucky to serve such wonderful communities that motivate us every day.
